$1600 CDN dollars is certainly not $2000 USD first of all. :)

Secondly, that video card would not be good for gaming, it uses shared video memory and sounds like it is a fairly old ATI chip.
Also, laptop video cards are generally non upgradeable.

a Radeon should play Half-Life fine, it is a what, ~6 year old game now. I think it's pretty much impossible to upgrade a video card on a laptop, or at least extremely difficult. And 1599 CDN is like 1000 US isn't it?

(I think it says the video memory is dedicated)

lol...i averaged it based on an exchange rate of 1.50. that would be roughly 1066 bux, and i felt like rounding down instead of up! math sux.

What are you talking about? I never said $1600 candaian wasn't U.S. $1,100.63. I just said $1600 canadian is definitely not $2000 U.S. And I certainly was not flaming, just wanted to point out his mistake so he could correct it.
