I've had this lovely little netbook for a month or two now, and I just want to write about how much I love the thing.
I finally used it for the purpose I bought it for (taking on holiday visiting the folks), and its worked just as well as I hoped it would do. Handles all the websites and videos I throw at it with aplomb, with great battery life and a real nice keyboard. I just feels snappy, and nice to use.
This is, of course, after I did the usual decrapifying routine of completely wiping and reinstalling a fresh Windows 7 (Home Premium instead of the crappy Starter version it came with, I had a spare license), and upping the RAM to 4GB. (Obviously I can't use all of that with 32bit Windows, but I can use enough, and the price difference with 2GB was pretty much nothing.)
Really sweet piece of kit, and I'm glad I picked it up- seems like netbooks are going the way of the dodo, and I'm not a tablet fan. 🙁
