toshiba laptop hibernation problem

My friend has a toshiba laptop that keeps going on hibernation mode every 30 minutes. When she goes to control panels--->power options it gives this message:

close window power options and go to toshiba power management to adjust settings.

When she went to toshiba power management, she said that she only found battery life and if she wants the computer to go to hibernation if she closes the screen, nothing about timing or anything like that. Anyone have the answer to this? Thanks.

edit: its a toshiba satellite a75-s226

In the Toshiba Power Management screen, have her click the Details button on the FULL POWER option/mode. She should be using this setting if her machine is plugged into AC. The screen will look like this:
Details

Then, on the Advanced tab on the second window, she should move the slider all the way to the top by the Hibernate section to NEVER:

Hibernate

Good luck!

the toshiba power settings can not be changed, that is why the message pops up, in the same dialog box change the power setting theme from toshiba to one of the others: custom setting; your name setting; whatever and that will allow you to modify all power settings, screen saver etc.
