Toshiba laptop DVD burner issues

Alright yeah its me back with another question, though this time there is a catch its for once not my PC thats the topic. Alright my bro has a toshiba laptop that he just burned a DVD (skate clips) off with. Then went to immediately burn another copy of it and it gave errors saying to try other discs or our discs are bad. We have tried 4 other discs and it just keeps giving this error. Thanks in advance.

Try different brands.

Some dvdrw are just plain picky.

Also, might need a clean

if thats an A60/65 / A70/75 get the drive replaced, those are funky, ive replaced 4 just this week
