Hi all,
I got a Toshiba Laptop 1800-S274 for 2 years now. It's running like a charm until two days ago. It shutdown while i am typing an essay. Here is the symtom:
1 - I can't turn it on again, the system fan is running, but the screen is totally dark, no light showing hardrive is processing.
2 - After hitting the power-on button about 20 times, the laptop is on again. I was able to boot into Windows XP and suddenly it turned off without saying a word.
I have tried to flash the BIOS to latest version, and take the hardrive out, format it with my desktop and put it back in. But the laptop sleeps right in the middle of the new XP installtion.
