Toshiba l735-s3300 win7 won't boot and no disk....HELP!

You can try holding down the 0 (zero) button at boot. That will launch the restore partition, but if that doesn't do it, then the HDD is likely dead.
 
Grrrr........welp, I tried that but no-joy. In fact, I'm noticing no other lights blink. There's a 1yr old 320gb hard drive down the drain. (Wait, actually, I might still be under warranty as my wife & her siblings bought this from BB for MIL. Actually *I* bought it AND if I remember correctly I think I used my Amex.......woohoo!!)

Just checked my e-mails and looks like I did buy it for Christmas last year. Now, to get hold of Toshiba and tell them to fix this turd!
