Couple of things to point out, battery is a very poor 4 cell jobbie, but found 8 cell batteries going for sale on ebay for $57. Also, if you are looking at upgrading the memory, Bestbuy has 512Mb for $44.99 this week (Kbyte brand)

This is a very hot deal!
I paid a little over $500 for a Compaq V2552us with a smaller screen (though it is widescreen) with a mobile Sempron 3000+ a couple of weeks ago.
