Do I need a separate cable for the player to a plasma setup? Or does it come with a HD cable?

You'll need an HDMI cable preferebly...although a component cable will currently work for HD movies...but it won't upscale DVD's over a component cable.

You're probably gonna want to pickup an HDMI cable. Run over to http://www.monoprice.com for a good quality good price one.

Component will work too, but cant do 1080p for HD-DVD's (1080i limit for HD, 480P for Normal DVDs) and Im assuming you bought the A30 to do 1080p output, so grab an HDMI cable.

Thanks

Yes.

DVI is for computer monitors typically and doesnt contain sound, so even if your TV has a DVI port, you would want to use the HDMI in on it to get audio.

Your TV has HDMI inputs, so yes, you want an HDMI to HDMI cable.
