Toshiba Gigabeat S

Things I don't like about the gigabeat-
The cross. Its ugly.
Its too thick

Things I like about the Gigabeat-
DivX
30GB
Competativly Priced

Probably not going to get it. Reason is that Theres too much clutter in my pockets. When will they come up with the Hard Drive PDA Cell Phone in the form factor of an Ipod?

You missed some things:
1. it has no propietary cables-infact it has a built-in mini usb, which is almost reason enough to buy it over others
2. it has a widescreen when tilted sideways, which means you can watch your movies OAR and use it vertically for navigating thru your files
3. battery life is much better than competitiors.

Also, its not as thick as it looks...its slimmer than the vision:m

What does OAR stand for?

That said, I think it looks interesting. I still want more hard drive space though; I'm around 20 gigs in my music collection (with a lot more to come), and movies add up quickly.
