I read about 6 reviews and some of the reviews said the mp3 player only accepts Napster, and MSN Music (legal music).

So is this true? and can I use the music files I got from iTunes or a ripped cd I got my friend?

IF a player only accepts protected music, then dont bother with pirated stuff.

I doubt a player would only accept protected music. That would generally hurt the sales of the player, which the manufacturer wouldn't want.

I just read that the Tosh f20 accepts any type of music but it encodes your songs to SAT so noone would be able to burn the songs fromyour mp3.
