Get a brand new Toshiba e310 Pocket PC for $349.94 at Amazon. Amazon gives you a $50 rebate. Toshiba also gives you a $50 rebate. So you get $100 back in a couple of months, bringing the price down to $249.94.

In addition Amazon has these two special offers:

Special Offer: Buy this and get a $50 mail-in promotional certificate via e-mail. Offer expires August 25, 2002.

Special Offer: Buy this PDA and receive a Viking Components 32 MB Secure Digital card free with promo code AUGPDAMEMYSD. Offer expires August 25, 2002.

So, for $249.94 you get a new e310, a $50 mai-in promotional certificate to be used on another purchase, and a free Viking Components 32 MB Secure Digital card.

There's always a catch. In this case it's the fact that the Amazon rebate expires tomorrow. So you have to act fast to get that one. But the Toshiba offer runs for several weeks.

Amazon Rebate

Toshiba Rebate

By the way, if you don't want the money from Toshiba, you can choose one of the other options instead:

Alternate to cash

Ooops. Well you do get the $50 certificate from Amazon so it still is sort of $249.

This is a great pda at $349. But at $249 with free shipping/no tax/and bonus SD card. It is one of the best PDA deals(best deals in general) that I have seen in a long time.

A buddy of mine has one and i like the size a whole lot better than the ipaqs. I ordered it today.

I'd get it, but the battery life compared to my palm is rediculous

OK, You have to add the memory card to your order, before the coupon code will work.

I tried a price match with here $315 + $7 shipping we'll see if Amazon will match. (Not holding my breath)

Anybody know if Amazon will honor $50 or $25 gift certificate?
Printing out the product page that says $50 coupon, just in case.

Good luck- nice deal!

Oh no, the Amazon rebate must be postmarked by August 31st to be eligible. Amazon is now telling me that it will only arrive between August 22nd and September 5th  I hope it makes it

That sucks. it better be here in time for the rebate thing. What sucks is that I select seperate shipping for the memory and PDA, it charges 13 bucks for shipping! At least one item(pda) should have free shipping, so they are charging 13 bucks to ship the memory separately. If you ordered it by itself, shipping was less than 7 bucks. What gives!

give amazon a call and see if they can cut the shipping costs down. I paid $340 for both the E310 and viking card shipped using a $10 off coupon.

Anyone know what the Amazon phone # is? They seem to bury this quite well.

I sent them 2 unanswered emails Sat night.

What about the $50/$25 coupon from Amazon? Which will they honor? The order site said $50, but the hyperlink said $25.

One of my E310's shipped today. the memory card has not yet, but thats not a concern. The second one I ordered still has not been sent out yet. I'm sure Amazon will honor the $50 gift certificate they had listed on the item, but we may need to contact them afterwards if they only give out $25 ones instead (which is what was listed a bit further into the items description).
