guessing it's $39 now? still $8 cheaper than amazon and my local BB has it for PU today.

Does that REALLY mean it's USB 3.0? In my travels, I've noticed that anything labeled at USB 3.0/2.0 really means it's just USB 2.0 in terms of speed.
