I know you can change the boot priority inside windows using the toshiba utilities, but if I can't get into windows, and the boot is set to HDD first, then CDROM, how can I do a sys restore? Anyway to change the boot priority outside of windows? Any F1 commands or something?

Hold down the escape key, units that run on 15V AC adapters, as you power on the unit. Press the F2 key at the Toshiba screen if your laptop uses a 19V AC adapter.
