How/where did you obtain benchmark results on it?

I don't really think you need to see benchmarks to know which is faster. One is 5400RPM the other 4200RPM. The cache shouldn't be enough to overcome the rotational difference.

Huh?? He said the 40GNX is 5400 RPM.

The new Toshiba is 5400 RPM.

Where are you getting 4200 RPM from??:Q:Q:Q:Q

Toshiba on July 31 announced the world?s first 60GB, 2.5-inch hard disk drive with a disk rotation speed of 5,400 rpm. The new drive measures only 9.5mm tall.
