I don't really think you need to see benchmarks to know which is faster. One is 5400RPM the other 4200RPM. The cache shouldn't be enough to overcome the rotational difference.

The link you posted doesn't work. I got my info from Toshiba's page which says 4200RPM. Maybe they announced another drive as well.

Toshiba on July 31 announced the world?s first 60GB, 2.5-inch hard disk drive with a disk rotation speed of 5,400 rpm. The new drive measures only 9.5mm tall.
At the heart of the new high-speed drive is the combination of a newly developed hard disk controller and a new head and disk medium. The former supports very high-speed rotation while the latter two achieve stable read and write operation at the boosted rate of rotation.
