Toshiba and Hitachi/IBM 40Gig HD, what's the differences?

2 MB cache models??? 4200 rpm models??? top of the line??? I honestly prefer IBm/Hitachi. Much quieter, more reliable (yes, the travelstar fails less than the Toshibas....) I'd go IBM / Hitachi, specially the 40gnx that is an awesome drive

(frustrated "rescuer" of a Toshiba laptop drive that died with no warning containing MOST of my brother's Master's thesis inside...... 🙁)
