I recently bought a Toshiba 62HM95 DLP Rear Projection TV. While reading thru the manual I run across a message stating that the TV should not be connected to a computer. This TV is not made to use with a PC. Anyone know why it can't be used with a PC?

Thanks

Some manufacturers put that on their sets, I don't know if it means anything.

What kind of inputs does it have?

Check AVSforum for your specific model to see if there's any info on it.

It has plenty of options for connectors, with the right cable. It has hdmi. I needing to know if it might damage the video card or worse. The manual has no tech info and their website is basically worhtless unless you are looking for a good sales pitch on one of their products.

Thanks

I really doubt you'd damage something.

Video connections are pretty standard afaik. I think worst case is it wouldn't work or you'd have some sync/overscan issues.
