Toshiba (2TB / 3TB) HDKPC08 HDKPC09 (TLER)

Some other places say that the Toshiba 2TB / 3TB HDKPC08 HDKPC09 drives are reported to be manufactured by Hitachi, so are basically the same as the 7K3000 except with 4K alignment.

Does anyone know if these drives are suitable for HW Raid like the past Hitachi drives (ie:TLER)?

I'd be interested if anyone has anymore info on these, too. Not much out there from a Google search. Too many dead Seagates in my past. Ned some 2 or 3TB drives for my new NAS build.
