I dropped my laptop a few months ago. Does anyone know where I can find the product number for the motherboard for this laptop?



Problems:
System does not recognize powersupply has been connected. System runs with battery power.
 
Why didn't you call Toshiba right away? You can't buy a manufacturer built part online from anywhere except them! Which they probably won't do willingly.
