Toshiba 15nm MLC vs. Micron 3D TLC, which one do you think is better all other things being equal?
 
Better for what?
Toshiba is confident that 15nm MLC is good enough for Enterprise units.
Microns 3D TLC is... well, too new to get any hard facts about 3D TLC, on paper, seems to be performing well, but, since they haven't sold a ton of units yet, hard to say if it is actually as good as what is on the paper.
