Torrent issues

I'm trying to seed something to send it to my friend (It's a big file).
Basically, although I am the only seeder, he keeps disconnecting from me although it still shows that hes in the "swarm."

Anyone know a reason for this?
And will he eventually reconnect naturally (without him restarting his torrent)?

Thanks

Does your friend have a firewall on / do you have a firewall on ? If so, you might want to allow acceptance for his IP address. Also, its a good idea to set both of your computers on a DMZ. Another idea is burning it to a disk. HEHE. I've had to do this a number of times. Might want to check the tracker, it may not be updating correctly. Allow him to see you.

I am assuming you and your friend have HSI - Cable or DSL.

says on the log:
Sending/Receiving for like 1 minute and then...
[his ip] : Connecting: port 36031
[his ip] : Disconnect: Connection Closed

Does this mean that he set his port to 36031 instead of the usual torrent port of around 6883?
