I am getting terrible download speed through bit/u torrent. I have followed instruction for port forwarding on my Westell Versalink 327W

Everything goes fine until the last step when I click enable, I get another box asking about host http://star.walagata.com/w/gonzo69/untitled.JPG When I click OK, I get yet ANOTHER box asking Host Device or IP Address. What do I put in this box? http://star.walagata.com/w/gonzo69/untitled2.JPG

Any help AT ALL would be greatly appreciated. If you need any further information...please ask me
