When you use the check torrent feature in Azureus is that checking to make sure the file is fine? If it checks 100% does that mean the file will be ok(not corrupt or whatever) once done?

I redid WinXP and forgot I had a torrent not finished. Wonder if it will be fine? Azureus continued like it was as soon as I point it to the directory.
