It's a foreign country...the laws (and protections) that you know as an American may not exist there. :p

Go to Guelph and take the Sleeman's brewery tour. Ship me a sixer of Honey Brown while you're there :)

I think there's quite a few members in Toronto and London - you should organize a meetup.

25% of Canada's population lives within 160 km of Toronto. Apparently a km is a unit of measuring distance.

The more you know.

Take the Steamwhistle Brewery tour. It is right by the Roger's Center (Toronto Blue Jays) and the Air Canada Center (Toronto Maple Leafs). Best beer you will taste and a pretty fun tour.

Guelph is pretty far from Toronto, especially if you don't have a rental car.

If you like hockey, the Hockey Hall of Fame is also in Toronto.

CN Tower is kinda cool too.

Only true downtown and maybe parts of mid-town.

OP: Bring money, spend money... Guns may be illegal, but you can bet people are carrying. No subway service to/from airport, just bus and taxi and car. Don't be on the roads during rush hour... FML worthy.

Don't eat a burger there. Made that mistake when I went up there to see Niagara Falls, they taste like meatloaf, not sure wtf was up with it but I had to go to Buffalo, NY to get some wings, burgers, and fries to get the taste out of my mouth.

You know Niagara Falls is over 100 km from Toronto, right...

Learn what "collector lanes" are.
Try to avoid driving.
Very expensive.

I drove from Chicago. Stopped there along the way.

Is this true of all burgers in Canada by the way?

Can't tell if trolling...

I haven't had a burger in the US of A in probably a decade. All I know is Canadian "beef", so it tastes fine to me.

Not trolling.

I had a burger at 3 Brewers on Yong St. in Toronto, tasted completely different then USA burgers, best way to describe it would be meatloaf.

Then I had a burger at my hotel, a Hilton I believe, this was ordered to confirm if what I had tasted at 3 Brewers was a fluke or not.

I've had burgers throughout the USA and none have tasted the way they did in Toronto, I did not eat any beef when I was recently in London because I didn't want to catch mad cow >.>

Perhaps someone from USA can also confirm this for me.

Toronto has a big chinatown, at least from what I recall, the chinatown there was bigger than Chicago's.
