Our new mayor and city councillors have voted in favour of cancelling bridge link between Toronto downtown and the City Centre Airport, despite the fact that it been approved repeatedly and most of the city actually supports the concept. I just don't get it. :disgust:

What it means is that the city will officially ask the federal govertment to cancel it (since it's not actually being funded by the city).
I actually live in the area and would love to have this here, but I guess the NIMBYism of neighbours around here wins out.
