Tornado just hit close to my hometown

and boy was it close! on sunday, the wind were very strong but other who live right smack in Kansas City are the unfortunate ones. Not a very safe place to live, is it? Homes around here are very expensive, ranging from 250k cheapest, to 500k on average that are no better then elsewhere that range from 100k-200k.
