interesting, I saw the lightening off in the distance on the drive home but it didn't look too bad. Never got anything more than light rain where I am

My friend was text-messaging me pictures from inside/outside Phillip's Arena after the tornado hit. My guess is he's currently drinking to the fact that he's still alive.

An apartment building's entire top floor has collapsed onto the streets/cars

Metal wrapped around poles

Dozens of injuries

Families forced from their apartments because of structural damage, not good because another storm is about to hit.

It's total mayhem in downtown Atlanta
 
The Cotton Mill lofts were severely damaged by a tornado. Authorities say one firefighter has been injured.
 
so i'm a few days late in posting this.......
