So... with all the money GM, Dahmler Chrysler, Ford, etc. spend on engineering, and the emphasis all these years on increasing fuel efficiency, you think they overlooked a tiny little fan that's going to bump of their fuel efficiency a significant percent (even 1 percent?!)

Such a cheap device would be worth millions to the automakers.
