tornado 7? How will it work for?

My thunderbird 1.2ghz proc?
Is there something better?
Im using stock cooling.. heatsink and fan combo.. I seem to run about 59 C which I hear is too high.
So Im going to replace the cooling.
Help me out.

I'm guessing you mean the Volcano 7. There are better heatsinks out there. I would personally recommend an Alpha 8045 or Thermalright AX-7.
