I can get a Panasonic DM-LC20S Dig Camera (2.1 MP, 3xOpt ) + 128 MB SD card + Two 16 MB SD cards at OM for 199.99

or

Canon A40 @ OM for 192 and 128MB CF for 39.99(after rebate- which i hate Mail in reabates) total =231.99
