Torn between 3 PSU choices

Hi,
I need a new power supply for a rig that I'm upgrading. The problem is that I found 3 PSUs that are very similar and I don't know which one I should take.

Seasonic S12-500HT 500W $119.60 CAN
Enermax Liberty ELT500AWT 500W $132.25 CAN
Silverstone Element ST50EF-PLUS 500W $103.53 CAN

The Silverstone unit seems a little cheaper...
The Seasonic and Silverstone are at the price of the only store I know that sells them in Canada (NCIX.com)
Which one would you get?

Personally, I'd take the Seasonic due to it's first tier manufacturing. They make their own PSUs.

How does this make the PSU any better? Also doesn't Enermax make their own PSUs too?

It doesn't necessarily make the PSU any better but that way you know exactly what you are buying, at least thats how I look at it.

Regardless, the Seasonic is the best of those three very good PSUs.

seasonic s12 is probably the best in that list, but that silverstone is right up there as well. Is the seasonic worth an extra couple of bucks? Dunno. Any of those will work just fine, so just pick one and enjoy. If it were me, I would probably choose the seasonic.

I don't know if any/all of them are modular but if some are and some aren't, that would make a huge difference for me. I'll never buy a non modular again if I have a choice.
