I would get the MSI just for the awesome heatsink, and looks like it can run nice and quiet with teh right setup. . What I do is take off the stock fans, and replace them with a slow 120mm fan. This not only make the card cooler, but also a lot quieter. I tend to sell my cards when I get new ones, so then I put the stock fan back on, when I sell it, and it like a brand-new card. The last one, I sold to a friend, and he tried it with both the stock Twin II frozer fans vs a slow 120 mm fan (my way), and he ended up doing it my way as well. The only con is that it makes it a 3 slot card. Never a problem with heat in the case as long as you have a an exhaust fan (can be slow and quiet as well).
