Topics for a paper on computing ethics..

I have a 6 page paper and am need of some topics for this. It has to be legal, but not ethical.
Dealing with computers, computing, the internet, programming, copyrights, etc...

Anyone have any good ideas?

There is NOTHING unethical about sniping. Sniping exists only because most buyers unwisely neglect to use the proxy bidding system eBay provides for their benefit.

Quite simply, if you bid what you REALLY consider your max ONE time, anyone who outbids you (regardless of when the bid is placed) should leave you thinking "I wouldn't pay that much, take it". If a sniper's last minute shot at an outbid is lower than your propery-placed proxy bid max, congrats, you have your item. Buyers need to stop feeling sorry for themselves and be honest about how much they'd spend on an item.
