Its a 235W right now, would I need a 300 if I was to get a Geforce2 GTS? Also do u know of any good drivers for a GTS? And how to get rid of traces of old drivers as well? Should I get more fans? I've only 2 that I can see.

you should be fine. Geforce 2's use less power than geforce's. They're really not that bad, but the only way to find out for sure is to test it. if it's unstable then get a new power supply (try drivers changes and such first, of course).

Currently, the Detonator3 12.90 drivers are the best performers on my Geforce2 GTS.

The detonator4's will be released this week. I think the version numbers will be 20.xx.

For now, 12.90 drivers are best. Soon, I suspect that a 20.xx will be best.
