This may seem like a dumb question, but what channel is it on, if not BBC? I thought I had heard Discovery somewhere, but there's no mention of it on their website.

new eps are on UK BBC

old eps will be on discovery.

Discovery edit out some stuff. We just download the show after it airs.

and yes, discovery just mangles the show. and the rerecorded bits where they use less brit slang and stuff to dumb it down just lack a certain spark.
