What looked good about that? The personalities make the show IMO. That trailer just showed a bunch of cars with some dramatic music.

Well I guess your write on the personalities. But it seems they had everything set up, helicopter coverage of the car going around the track(unless that's just for the for the pilot or w/e), as well as a real track.

That's not Top Gear America. Over at the finalgear boards the guy that shot it said it's content for the topgear.com American site. The actual TG:A pilot hasn't made it out of NBC's hands, yet.

Believe me, I'd LOVE to see the American version. Still, this is a kick ass footage reel and I'm willing to bet if this had been TG:A it probably would have been green lit.

yea, they arent. Right now its canned. So it will probably never air. but "never say never"
