"Top Performance" setting on 8INXP... *snicker*

just looking through the users manual and came upon this BIOS setting. there is a little bomb warning disclaimer icon in the manual with the following text - You must check whether your RAM, CPU support over clock when you set "Top Perfrormance" to "Enabled"...

is this gigabytes "auto-OCtweak" setting or something kinda lame like that? doesnt say much in the manual... anyone know about or played with this feature???
