top half of bf2 doesn't show in SLI

Try reseating your cards and SLI bridge. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling your gfx drivers after uninstalling your current ones.
 
Your split screen rendering is messing up. I'd reinstall the drivers and set the SLI profile to AFR or AFR2.

how low was it.
the only time i've memory clocks cuase issues (underclocking) is when i lower it to something below 150.
are you sure some other setting did not get changed while doing this.
