Top Gear holding auditions.

Here's the chance for whoever to give it a go to be on top gear. Apparently he doesn't care where you are, and it's possible that this won't even happen, but if you actually know a decent amount, here's your chance...

The short short version is he wants a 30 sec video clip if you. No cars, just you. No particular details were given what the clip should include, and I assume more will be given tomorrow. I also assume it may be a simple test review kind of thing, or maybe describing how knowledgable you are.

Lemme know if this link works for the U.S. folks. I purposely didn't post the BBC link because their website isn't powerful enough to go across the Atlantic. No idea if ITV is the same.

Meh...was Top Gear boring pre-2002? Yeah. While I agree that the show was great the way that it was, and that they will lose a good chunk of audience, once they feel out what they need to change, it's still possible it will regain some of its former glory. Time will tell.
