pilot reported controls locked up. That is a bad day!
He supposedly wasn't badly hurt. Lucky guy because it looked nasty.
Only the planned accidental crashes! Are there pleasant looking crash landings?![]()
did TG american write off the Stig and the celebrity road race? i have not seen either at all this new season.
Courtesy Aircraft has one listed at $695,000.Will insurance pay for a helicopter that was use for a stunt?
And, how much that Cobra cost?

No, it is clearly a single engine AH-1.i would assume that the owner would not put that type of property in use without insurance...
i think thats actually an AH-1* Super Cobra... which would be Millions of dollars

I think they did. I was just thinking this the other day when watching a new episode. Seems they don't have a guest, track times, or the stig like the UK version. I definitely think that the American version is getting way better than when it first started. The hosts seem to work better with each other when in the first couple of seasons everything seemed so forced.

The only thing that seems forced is my hatred of said hosts. Jesus they picked some awful people.
Foust is tolerable. He makes a good 'Hammond.' But the other two are just painful to watch/listen to. IMO they're trying to target a young crowd, which is odd, because it's the young crowd that started watching Top Gear UK before it ever aired in the US. They need a couple of mature (but still silly as shit, like Clarkson) hosts. Kill that Rutledge guy in a fire. And the actor/comedian who, despite seeming to be a decent actor (see: Rescue Me), is cornball as shit. And not funny.
I wish they would've gotten Jay Leno. His late night show sucks, but I think he'd be great on a car show.
