I'm dead positive there's a setting for that (and I'm also dead positive that that was edited in). Otherwise, when I buy my next-gen M5 and it still does that, some BMW dealer is going to get a swift kick in the pants.

Bah, fawk the new M5. It is too fawking ugly both inside and out and has too much technology for its own good inside.

Gimme the E39 M5 with a real stick and I'm set for life

I won't be able to afford an M5 during this generation anyway, that's why I said "next gen"

Hopefully, the next one will be less fugly. Otherwise, I may be forced to buy an S65 AMG. The *OTHER* badass sedan from hell.

I have to say, I don't love this iteration of the M5 in many respects. I think if I "had" to have one of the current uber-sedans, I'd get a CLS 55. I saw an RS6 at the airport yesterday, and that is one sexy beast too, however . . .

Plus I'd definitely rather have a BMW 6-speed manual than a 7-speed SMG, no matter how many shift modes it offers.

I can live with the looks, I think. I'm not sure I can deal with iDrive - call that a maybe. I definitely can't deal with the fragility - can you even imagine what it'll cost to maintain this car once it's out of warranty? It boggles the mind . . .

do they not have commercials during their shows in the UK or is it just this show ? 59min running time as opposed to the customary 43mins for a standard 1 hour show here.
