So, I'm living with several guys in college and have started to notice annoying habits they have when watching tv/movies. Here they are.

1. Commenting on EVERYTHING that is completely obvious to everyone else. "That guy is such an Idiot, I can believe he just did that", "Did you see that? What the heck was he thinking?"

2. Getting overally angry at charactors in the movie. This one confuses me, I can see laughing or getting teary eyed in a movie, but anger? And I'm not taking Anikin Skywalkers sucky acting anger, Im talking being mad at the villian anger.. "That robot dude is really pissing me off!" me: "why?" him: "He is just so evil and I hate him. *loud obnoxious groan". Might I just add that it is not just a once an a while thing, it is EVERY freaking movie that we watch this roomate has to comment on how much he hates the villain.

3. Ruining a movie for those that haven't seen it yet. I hate people that will tell you everything that is going to happen next in the movie. If I wanted a plot synopsis I would have used wikipedia.

Now Ill make fun of a movie and disrupt it, but that is only when a movie fits into the following categories.

A. Everyone has seen the movie.

B. People are actually laughing at my comments.

C. The movie sucks or has some weird quirks.

So how about you guys? What irritates you most when watching a movie with someone.

When I watch movies with my father, it seems he feels like he needs to explain a lot of things to me, even when they are completely obvious. Maybe I asked him a lot of questions when I was little, I don't know.

Someone that gets up numerous times during the movie (e.g. to go to the bathroom, get a drink, get some food to munch on, etc). And talking in general.

People who comment like in your number 1 above, and those who ask a ton of questions. Ugh, I hate that. Shut the fuck up and watch the movie, if you don't get it, pretend you do. lol j/k but man, I can deal with a couple questions if the movie is real complex, but damn.

ooh, one more thing I just remembered (while listening to some of my room mates watching tv) Reading everything there is to read. I mean, come on guys, we are in college. I would seriously hope that by this point everyone in the room can actually read.
