never heard any of ..

I miss old days where top games was 1000000% famous and very entertainment and everyone was aware of and playing it ...
like:

Counter-Strike
Team Fortress Classic
Quake 3 Arena
World of Warcraft
Battlefield 2

they'r about 10 years old, and still best of the best !

OP's probably using the term "online games" to refer to cheap flash titles that run in a web browser, and not games that are played multiplayer online.
