What he said. I love Thievery Corporation, Kruder and Dorfmeister and Nightmares on Wax for good chill music. Excellent to listen to while high as well. :D

With that in mind, here are some of my recommendations:

Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here

Nightmares On Wax - Carboot Soul

Nightmares On Wax - Smoker's Delight

Kruder and Dorfmeister - The K & D Sessions

Thievery Corporation - The Mirror Conspiracy

Thievery Corporation - Abductions and Reconstructions

Future Sound of London - Lifeforms (either the double CD album or the single CD album Lifeforms Paths are excellent)

Delerium - Spheres

EDIT: Also check out Groove Salad and Drone Zone for good streaming audio stations. Groove Salad is pretty kick-back chill stuff and Drone Zone is straight ambient/atmospheric stuff. I like Drone Zone for when I'm writing.

Oh, almost forgot. This sounds funny, but the Dungeon Keeper soundtrack ROCKS. Old game from a few years back that had an awesome ambient/atmospheric soundtrack. You could put the CD in any CD player and listen to the soundtrack. Good for about a 1/2 hour's worth of music. I still play the game on occasion or listen to the music by itself a lot.

I like anything by Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, John Mayer, and Coldplay. That's pretty much what I listen to when relaxing.
