All the Weezer albums I listen to regularly aren't very "chill". Definitely not as chill as Miles. Not to say they aren't bad, though.

if IOS is a chill album I would like to know what is considered up music, it must be like some 300 bpm type music. TAITA will probably be more chill.
 
A lot of these albums are definately not chill, at least not in my opinion. Here's another one that definately is up there for me.

One Quiet Night - Pat Matheney
 
1. Grateful Dead - American Beauty
Don't see how anyone could change my mind on this one. My favorite album ever.

2. Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin IV
Lots of classics. This one includes the best of Led Zeppelin's slower songs (Stairway to Heaven, Going to California).

3. Bob Dylan - Desire
Very good storytelling. Some of Dylan's best songs which many haven't heard are on this one.

I like your list. Havent heard of Broken Social Scene though.
