I'm guessing that's because there are fewer choices for trucks, so naturally each model will have a larger share of the whole pie.

Question: Why are the corolla/matrix combined in sales?

btw, it looks like the Silverado is gaining on the F-Series
also, aren't the sierra and the silverado essentially the same trucks? If so, why not combine those two sales and we have a new champ.

NFS4, I've seen you quote sales numbers through July before, and I'm assuming you get those figures from here (they never seem to update often enough!).

Since we're on the subject of sales numbers, I just wanted to point you here. Not as pretty formatted, but on the first and second of every month, most automakers release sales figures for the previous month and year-to-date. A bit more tedious to thumb through, but the site is updated often.

Not sure if you knew about it, but just trying to help.:)

Wow, the Explorer really dropped in sales.

The Corolla/Matrix increaed a lot.

Everything else is pretty much even.. but with a generally + trend.

So I guess the car economy is pretty good?

The rise of the "crossover" has been pounding the explorer in the ass

the trailblazer ate up half of the exploder's decline... of course, i'd also like to know the change including mountaineer and aviator, as well as all the trailblazer clones.

that pacifica thing looks more station wagon and less SUV... looks lower and wider than most SUVs (compact, ert, midsize SUVs aren't as wide as midsize cars, in general)

The Corolla and Matrix have more in common than some of the f-series trucks, and they're still counted as one.

because matrix is just a way to avoid putting the name "wagon" on the end of "corolla"
