Top 10 Reasons why today is the worst day ever:

10) Pouring rain = 40% of coffee spilled while running from house to truck.

9) 50% of that spilled coffee was spilled on me

8) Flooded roads with people who already dont know how to drive are driving in the left lane to avoid puddles

7) pouring rain = 30 min late for work (see #8)

6) arrive at work & have to run approximatly 120 yards to get to the closest shelter.

5) while running to shelter I encounter several 3' deep puddles and a walkway that is reinacting 'The Great Flood'

4) I realize that I am not Moses

3) Shirt is soaked and the AC never felt colder in here

2) Once in office, I grab the heat gun to dry my socks and shoes...I hold it too close and burn a hole in my shoe.

1) Its only 8am and I have 9 hrs to go

But hey its the sunshine state!

Where in Florida do you live? I have a gf down there and I was wondering if this is what I was going to hear about when I call her tonight.

You should walk through the rain rather than run. As much as I dislike the show Mythbusters their testing on walking vs. running through the rain was some of their more scientificly performed experiments and coincides with my own observations.

Looks like you cant take a joke.

An umbrella would not have kept me much drier if I had one (shoes are what really got soaked)

The weather was the reason I was late.

I woke up at the same time as usual and I make it to work every day 15 min early.

Sounds like you're having a bad day yourself there, why don't you climb down off that big ass horse and join the rest of us lowly humans.
