Get this BS stuff out of the way so it's not stealing attention from the major issues. Do something highly un-Congresslike, and actually work on the major issues while the smaller stuff is figured out.

Just to reiterate, this is not a list from Issa's office, it's a list compiled by the author of the article.

Fannie and Freddie is the only one worth while. Stimulus and bailouts have been widely reviewed and lauded as successes by a large, vast majority of economists, so that's a complete waste of time. I'd purposefully withhold #10 just for political gain's sake, that's golden and should never been given up. Gets the Repubs looking nutty as shit, worth its weight in gold.
