tools to sleeve psu

i've seen cheap male/female molex removal tools for like $3.99 and then a whole wire removal kit for $29.99.

what do i need for my antec neo power 480?

If the 20/24/4/6? pin ATX/12V/PCIe connector isn't sleeved or you want it sleeved to match the rest of your cables you will need a remover for that as well. Removing that connector without the tool is a chore and a half and is well worth the few bucks it will cost to do it. If your PSU doesn't have the 6 pin orange and black legacy connector there is no real need to drop $30 on a kit that has one. Go to Xoxide.com and under the PSU Section (i think) there you will find the removal tools.

thnx

i have that exact thing and it works pretty well, plus it is fairly inexpensive for the quality. Those cheap plastic removers will only last a PSU or two before they fall apart...

bumped into a how-to on frozencpu's website to sleeve a psu just using a small flathead screwdriver, scissors, a lighter.
