Tools for cutting aluminum case?

I think I'm going to try some minor mods to my Lian Li case. I've never done this before, so I'm going to start small--just cutting some notches so that I can slide a bigger HSF into the case. My question: what's the best tool to do this with?

I've always used my dremel, and I have the discs for cutting actual medal. I've done aluminum and steel with little problem.

Just be sure to run the dremel more slowly than you would with with steel...also might want to cut inside of your trim lines and file the rest.

im going to cut a hole in my corsair 600T tommorow, im going to make the initial cut with a 4" grinder then finish it up with a dremel.

You can get good cheap discs at Princess Auto, I think it's 5$ for a 9 piece kit. A decent Jobmate dremel can be had at Canadian Tire for usually under 20$, sometimes on sale for 9.99$.

Nice. I didn't realize it would be that inexpensive. I don't think we have Princess Auto in these parts. I assume that the discs can be purchased at CT as well?

Yeah, and the Jobmate kit should come with a few discs as well. Sometimes they have the jobmate accessory kit on sale for 10$ as well.

Just picked up the Jobmate rotary tool for $19.99 plus HST at Crappy T. It comes with 6 cutting discs so I'll see how far that gets me. Thanks for the tip, Jimmah.
