Tool to spice AVI files?

I'm confused by all the google choices out there. I just want something that will take two AVI files and splice them. Any suggestions?

Virtualdub can do it with minimal effort.

Um, how do you do a simple splice without having to "Dub" the whole movie (taking 2 hours to do so and several gig of raw AVI)?

And yes, I meant splice...

I used to use one that was free and pretty damn quick. That was about 2 years ago and I can't, for the life of me, remember what it was called.

VirtualDub will do it in 20 seconds.

You don't have to convert it to raw avi or load the whole movie or anything.

Just choose the direct copy option instead of full processing mode.

I need the same tool. Also, one for mpg's. Can Virtual Dub do mpg's also?

Use mpgjoin for mpegs. Do a Google search.

Oh, and for AVIs, I usually use some paprika lightly sprinkled over everything.

Okay, honest to God I thought the title meant that the band Tool was going to "spice" some multimedia files, by which I figured you meant watermark so that they could be tracked on the P2P networks.
